The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)
The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) is dedicated to completing health and safety pre-qualification assessments to a nationally recognised and accepted threshold standard.
Constructionline
A new form of efficiency – Constructionline is the UK’s register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers.
Gas Safe Register
Gas Safe Register has replaced CORGI in Great Britain and the Isle of Man. The register exists to protect you, your family, and your property from dangerous gas work. By law, anyone carrying out work on gas installations and appliances in your home must be on the Gas Safe Register.
Elecsa
Elecsa provides inspection, assessment and certification services to contractors working with electrical installations in private dwellings. ELECSA is authorised by Communities and Local Government to deliver a competent persons scheme to enable contractors to self certify domestic electrical work under Part P of the building regulations.

Health & Safety: A vital aspect of our business – Safety Advisors make regular inspections of our sites to complete site reports. It is Company policy to rectify faults if and when they happen as a matter of priority. Our workforce is updated on Health & Safety matters regularly and a copy of our Safety Policy is always available.

British Damage Management Association (BDMA) – As the certifying authority for recovery and restoration practitioners BDMA members gain professional accreditation through a tiered examination system. This enables them to display the Collective Mark, allowing potential customers and the public in general to identify competent individual technicians and corporate damage management organisations.
